Our Technicians are very busy restoring our large inventory. At this time, we are not looking to purchase additional typewriters.
How much is my typewriter worth?
The value of your typewriter depends on its make, model, color, font style and condition.
Can you repair my typewriter?
At this time, we are unable to work on Custom Restoration Requests. You may wish to visit Professor Richard Polt's website and locate another Repair Shop.
I am looking for a specific typewriter make and model. When will you have it available?
What is your Return Policy?
Our Expert Technicians spent 15+ hours restoring each typewriter to its original beautiful design and excellent manual operation. Our goal is to exceed your expectations. We stand by our products 100%. Our goal is to exceed your expectations. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us immediately. We will do everything we can to resolve the situation. We want you to be a happy and satisfied customer! Typewriter must be returned (delivered) back to us within 30 days of order date. Since UPS/USPS does not reimburse shipping charges, these costs are not refundable. Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. If the Typewriter is not returned in Mint Condition and/or missing original accessories, Re-Stocking Fee will apply.
